Owner and operator Keith Brown grew up surrounded by the warmth of Southern brunch culture — where French toast wasn’t just breakfast, it was tradition. Inspired by generations before him and shaped by bold Southern flavors, Keith created The Toast Factory to bring authentic brunch to Rochester, NY with care and intention.
